This week, we headed to @seafiresteakhouse at @atlantisthepalm, where super-talented Chef de Cuisine Chef Raymond Wong who let us loose with a camera during a busy (and noisy) Jazz Night service to show us one of his most popular dishes, the Shotgun Shrimp.

After Brunching at the @observatorydubai Sky High Brunch again yesterday, we decided to carry on the party downstairs at the @thecroftdubai and then check out their game night staycation package at the @marriottharbour hotel overlooking the Marina.
