This week, we headed to @seafiresteakhouse at @atlantisthepalm, where super-talented Chef de Cuisine Chef Raymond Wong who let us loose with a camera during a busy (and noisy) Jazz Night service to show us one of his most popular dishes, the Shotgun Shrimp.
