BRUNCH IN A MINUTE ⏰: Featuring Brunchology at @yalumbadubai.
Holding a special place in our hearts over the years, we recently joined Yalumba to help them celebrate their 15th Anniversary.
Yalumba’s head chef Shanaka has curated over 120+ mouth-watering dishes to satiate the most adventurous of foodies. Start off your feast with one of many flavorsome starters served by chefs in line with the new measures including the Prawn Caesar roll that will build your appetite and will set stage for all the excitement that lies ahead.

A combination of Buffet and A la carte service, Yalumba’s famous Egg Benedict with smoked salmon & hollandaise sauce and Cajun Salmon cam be ordered to the table, while the Oyster bar’ Seafood corner, Pork Corner (Rins, Gammon, Belly) & ‘Dim sum station all featured heavily on multiple trips to the buffet.

The carvery station is full of succulent, meaty goodness such as soya and Cajun marinated roasted lamb leg and herb marinated roast beef, Chicken, Turkey and Nile Perch.
For sweet lovers there is a large display of over 20+ sweet treats ranging from red velvet goodness to creamy eclairs and much more to send you on a sugar craze.
Since 2006 Yalumba has positioned itself as one of the most iconic ‘must-visit' restaurants in Dubai. Aside from the party atmosphere and forst class food offering, the staff are all supremely personable, knowledgeable and attentive and that makes all the difference, especially in the times we are living in.
