Our 3rd visit to the stunning Loft Brunch, the first under the stewardship of Sean Connelly, the second was Dubai’s biggest Caviar brunch, and the 3rd Incarnation is a lively yet sophisticated party brunch.

The Loft provides insta-worthy rooftop views of Downtown and 360-degree views of the legendary Dubai fountains and the Burj Khalifa from the open terrace.
Sip on bottomless sparkles and cocktails including Mimosa’s, Daiquiris, Pink Vodka lemonades and Espresso Martini’s before Diving in to a delicious range of live food stations, grills, and pass-around platters.

Homemade ricotta garlic flatbread with honey and nuts, the most delicious truffle oil pizza with mushroom duxelles that we have ever tasted, and a beetroot and sundried tomato hummus.

The risotto and pasta parmesan wheel has chefs preparing fresh dishes to order, as well as a live BBQ grill featuring different cuts of steak, chicken wings, salmon and vegetable skewers with accompaniments of different salts, butters and sauces.
