Starters include Baked Brie with Bourbon, Pecan and Maple drizzle by MasterChef US 2016 champion @chefshaunoneale, Prawn Bhaajis with Avocado by MasterChef UK 2016 champion @janecdevonshire, Chilaquiles made from corn tortilla, eggs sunny side up, pulled beef, queso fresco, black beans and salsa by MasterChef Australia 2016 champion @elena_jo_duggan, Lemongrass and Ginger Meatball Skewers from MasterChef UK 2014 Champion @pingcoombes, and Asparagus and Gochujang Pancakes from MasterChef Australia 2017 finalist @tamaragraffen.

Diners have a choice of seven different options when it comes to main course, including Steak and Eggs, the Extraordinary Burger , Fried Chicken Eggs Benedict and Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce. Options from the sea include Sea Bream Pakoras and Seared Yellowfin Tuna with Chestnuts and Salsa Verde, or a Charred Romaine Salad as a bevy option.

No brunch would be complete without an indulgent dessert menu, and the Showtime! Brunch offering is as tempting as they come. From the Mojito Meringue station where diners can watch MasterChef, the TV Experience chefs craft the dish from scratch to Ginger Key Lime Pie, Salted Chocolate Tart with Beetroot Sorbet and Pina Colada, guests will be spoilt for choice.

The brunch is priced at AED 299 for the non-alcoholic package, AED 389 for house beverages and AED 489 for a fizz package. Unlike a traditional Dubai buffet-brunch concept, guests will be able to enjoy sharing-style starters, alongside their choice of main course and unlimited desserts, all served to the table.
