BRUNCH IN A MINUTE ⏰: Featuring Hessa Street Kitchen Brunch @radissondubaidamachills
Not that you’d be able to tell by the name, but the restaurant promises an authentic pan-Asian Brunch experience thanks to its squad of chefs that originate from Malaysia, China, Indian and Thailand.
They have a pretty wide selection for the size of restaurant that includes appetizers like your chicken wrapped in pandan leaves, gyozas, satay skewers, spring rolls, dim sums and prawn crackers, as well as a range of curries including a standout chicken tikka masala, Thai red & green curries, Indonesian Mee Goreng and Beef rendang to go along with the feel good 80’s tunes (selected not particularly to fit a theme but as they are a favourite of the GM so why not!?) and Asian mixed drinks! Special mention to the FOUR varieties of Bottled Hops on offer which puts a few larger, more established brunches to shame.
