Brunch in a Minute ⏰: featuring CHINGÓN’s ‘El Camino de Flores’, which means ‘the path of flowers’, features contemporary Mexican cuisine in a super-stylish and modern rooftop eatery.
Integrated with sleek and trendy interiors, alongside splashes of vibrant colours that reflect a fusion of the old and the new CHINGON is a present-day interpretation and celebration of Mexico’s culture and heritage with its plush furnishings, fresh food, lively ambience and unbelievable views across the canal with Burj Khalifa views.
The brunch menu reinterprets traditional Mexican favourites with a current day twist adapted by CHINGON’s culinary team. Starting with the Guacamole, Tuna Tartar and King Crab Nachos topped with smoky melting cheddar. Next up came the Duck Quesadilla’s (consisting of sweet pickled Jalapeno’s folded into a warmly toasted paratha bread), Chicken pastor served with pineapple and white onion and the now famous Chimichurri Burrata consisting of Truffle Polenta and pickled tomatillo’s which was served instead of the exotic Wild Mushroom Ceviche.
Followed by slow-cooked Wagyu Short rib comprising of a spicy Tamarind glaze, and and a fusion Mexszechuan chicken dish that looks like it should be in an art gallery.
For dessert, a Yuzu Mille Feuille is served alongside a Mictlan, which is a dark chocolate and lime mousse served in a theatrical and signature skull which adorns many areas of the restaurant.
Alongside this food feast, guests can also enjoy an assortment of refreshing mocktails, bubbles and signature cocktails inspired by the Mexican cities of Oaxaca, Tulum and Puebla.
A glitter artist from @glittebox is ready to bejewel the guests while the two international DJ’s get you into the Mayan spirit.
Every Saturday 1PM – 5PM
AED295 Non-Alcoholic package
AED395 Alcoholic package signature cocktails, house spirits and beer
