eponymous as blue seafood Asia!! A place where their love of seafood
shines through the flavours of Asia.
Cultural influences are
clear too, with a massive mural of fishermen depicted in traditional
hats, a noodle-pulling station in the show kitchen, rope-style lanterns
and plenty of blues and greens representing the sea and wooden basket
greenery both inside and out.
Weekends are meant for indulgence
and there are an array of options including sushi platters of nigiri 🍣
maki rolls, a raw bar with cured tuna & rock shrimp & som tam
Thai salads, hot appetizers of Crystal Veg Dumpling, Beef Truffle
Dumpling, Spring Rolls, Prawn Nori Tempura & Chicken Satay W/Peanut
Sauce, and a choice of main course along with fresh catch of the day
