Hellicious Brunch promises an afternoon fueled with world-class signature dishes, elevated to A standard for for TV. Starters and mains are selected from a buffet including a build your own superfood salad, beef and tuna tartars, gazpacho’s, dainty mini fish & chips, eggs benedict, truffle cheese toasties and chicken wings.
For mains, the bustling red & blue kitchens are awash with activity as diners can chose from a selection of 7 elevated main courses. The Beef Wellington that is synonymous with Hells Kitchen & Gordon Ramsey, The Hells Kitchen Burger, Slow roasted Chicken Breast, Roasted COD served with veal bacon and roasted potatoes, grilled cauliflower steak, truffle & mushroom risotto and a crispy skinned salmon all accompanied by mixed seasonal vegetables.
Desserts are separated into mirrored red and blue sections under the watchful glare of a giant Ramsey poster, including a split red & blue chocolate fountain and also a sticky toffee pudding fondue-fountain which is the first of its kind that we have seen.
Entertainment is provided by the dynamic guitar playing duo of Oli & Dan who serenade the crowd with an array of popular and upbeat tracks and not forgetting the hilarious and interactive culinary "Eton Mess" challenge where the entire restaurant gets ultra-competitive in a bid to win a great prize.
The free-flowing beverages include Espresso Martini’s on tap, Negroni, Gin Fiz, Mojito Royal and a Pimms cocktail to accompany a Péroni stand, Italian house grapes and Tattinger Brut should you opt for the top package.
A sinsational brunch experience and certainly up there as one of our current favourites.
